WHAT'S THE MISSION?
Playing a core role in the successful execution of our Story Chain program, you will proactively co-ordinate the timely delivery of every order, in line with the A&M production standards.
What is the workshop?
The workshop will be a central hub for making our personalisation programmes based in London. Our mission is to optimise the quality, efficiency and development of our personalisation programmes, while serving as a central hub for learning and development in line with the A&M standards of craftsmanship.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
Production Execution
Pick and prepare products for orders from the stock holding.
Produce Assembly Sheets for the jewellers based on the customer orders.
Use strong relationship building skills to effectively liaise with the jewellers regarding timeframes and deadlines for each order.
Ensure quality control is complete at each stage of production in line with A&M standards.
Prepare and coordinate orders for Hallmarking utilising relevant tracking systems.
Update trackers and internal systems at each stage of the production process.
Display clear and effective communication when orders are ready for shipping, highlighting roadblocks cross functionally where necessary.
Manage the timely production, hallmarking and dispatch of orders to set deadlines.
Stock Management
Utilise strong organisational skills to maintain storage of all stock.
Action weekly stock takes in collaboration with the workshop team.
Build strong relationships with the merchandising and logistics team to confidently communicate our stock position.
Workshop Assistance
Utilise your planning expertise and knowledge of the order process to assist the production manager and workshop manager in the scheduling and workflow of orders.
Work closely with the Senior Jeweller to ensure the workshop has the tools and equipment required to execute all orders.
Working effectively as a team help in the maintenance and cleanliness of the workshop.
Ensure everything is organised and stored away in a safe and readable manner.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?

1-2 years of experience working in a dynamic environment working to deadlines.
A knowledge of and experience working with jewellery.
You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels.
You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have.

£26,000 salary with room for flexibility dependant on experience
