Programme Manager London | Corporate Wellbeing | Permanent | Full time £28,000 (opportunity to gain additional income through Personal Training) 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Based in Victoria, Central London Are you passionate about helping people thrive? Reporting to the Group Programme Director, you'll ensure that our people welcome members with the best possible customer experience. As a Programme Manager at our Victoria Investments corporate fitness centre, you'll hold a Premier/ Lifetime Diploma or equivalent, and you understand the commercial fitness environment. Previously, you've worked as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor and you bring lots of initiative with a good eye for detail. As a Programme Manager, you will: Oversee responsibility for the club's budget, profit and loss, and recruitment Supervise the fitness floor, supporting exercise programmes and techniques, advising on training and lifestyle, and provide group exercise classes Motivate members, understanding their individual needs to help them achieve their goals Deliver excellent customer service through everything from personal training to processing payments Effectively manage the Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, through ongoing personal development Manage our corporate client accounts, attending meetings, strengthening relationships and ensuring their needs are met Market the centre and all it's services and facilities with a strong sales and retention strategy Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, using our Shield management system Helping you feel good.
