About the Role We are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team and support the smooth running of site operations. This role is perfect for someone highly organised, IT-savvy, and able to work independently while also collaborating with the wider team. Key Responsibilities Data entry into Excel spreadsheets, filtering, and printing reports Copying, scanning, and organising documents into file locations Transferring email attachments to the correct file locations Managing the site telephone switchboard and directing calls appropriately Greeting and liaising with site visitors General clerical duties such as checking and sending emails, typing letters, and filing Performing other administrative tasks as requested by the manager Requirements Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive If you are looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
