Description
Administrative Support
Manage administrative tasks related to ECO4 and GBIS funding schemes in compliance with OFGEM guidance.
Maintain accurate records and input project data into internal systems.
Prepare documentation for compliance checks, submissions, and project tracking.
Monitor deadlines and assist the ECO Manager in timely task completion.
Organize and maintain centralized records and correspondence.
Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries professionally.
Guide customers through the funding application process, ensuring a smooth experience.
Manage incoming calls and emails, resolving queries promptly.
Handle complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the ECO Manager when necessary.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong administrative background; customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of ECO4, GBIS, or energy efficiency schemes is an advantage.
