What you will be doing: • planning, monitoring and performance management for your assigned projects, using agreed planning tools, templates and performance metrics • work closely with your Sales and Business Development colleagues to ensure a seamless handover from sales to project execution • ensuring projects hit the runway in line with agreed commercial terms, proactively identifying and managing changes in project scope and deftly navigate risks for complex projects • leading and motivating your project team with clear communication to drive the best outcomes are achieved • adhere to customer governance processes and keep stakeholders up to date • put quality controls in place to minimise the rework and deliver to the highest standards What we're looking for: • demonstrable track record of successful end-to-end project delivery, ideally within a professional services environment • p roof of successfully executing software implementation projects • knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince 2, PMP as well as Project Governance • strong experience of successfully working in a customer facing role • ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a combined value in excess of £1m • a passionate, results orientated individual with strong numerical and analytical skills About Capita One At Capita One, we're keeping society moving.
