About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Property Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our property management services. This remote-based role involves managing site mailboxes, responding to housing management enquiries, and delegating complex issues to Property Managers. You will work on the client portal to allocate cases and repairs, handle invoices, send complaint acknowledgements, and oversee the mutual exchange process alongside Property Managers. Our Homes team operates a diverse portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide, including Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership, and Supported homes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the administration of the client's customer portal and site mailboxes.
• Respond to housing management queries and allocate cases to the Property Managers and Income Team as applicable.
• Ensure high-quality responses are provided to customers and that client systems are kept fully updated.
• Manage incoming repair cases logged on the system, leading the review of cases and raising repairs for rented properties alongside Property Managers.
• Support in providing data for clients' KPI reports and other reports as requested.
• Send complaint acknowledgements and assign them to Property Managers.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with residents, managing digital customer contact.
• Manage the nominations and lettings process, requesting applicants from Local Authorities, progressing through tenancy applications and referencing, and conducting tenancy sign-ups.
Experience
Prior social housing experience is essential.
