We're a team of product focused Quality specialists who work cross functionality with teams in technology, data , product and reliability delivering the best outcomes for our clients. We are dedicated to embedding quality in product delivery and working with all Kaluza teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards. What will I be doing? We're seeking an experienced QA Lead for Kaluza, who will collaborate closely with product delivery teams, programme implementation teams and our clients. You will be responsible for supporting our product delivery teams in their QA approaches , and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. You will report the progress of your engagements into the Senior QA Manager at Kaluza. This role is key to delivering change for Kaluza clients and ensuring the quality strategy is followed for all product deliveries. As a technical focused member of the Kaluza Quality team you will be comfortable in all aspects of quality in an Agile environment and coaching a test-first mentality into delivery teams. Ideally you'll have/be Be a Quality partner for product delivery teams Focused on continuous improvement in product delivery teams Experience of creating and delivering test strategies for complex software systems Knowledge on appropriate testing practices across a distributed engineering organisation A great coach to all engineers empowering delivery teams to own the quality of their products Comfortable in communications with with Kaluza product delivery teams and client delivery teams Experience in leading test automation teams Strong knowledge of creating Test Automation Frameworks and managing a team of Automation Engineers Knowledge in writing and executing test cases/scripts for various software applications.
