Recycling Operative – Leatherhead, Surrey Location: Mole Valley Recycling Facility, Leatherhead, KT22 0BA Salary: £564 - £601 per week (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, permanent Working Hours: 44.75 hours per week Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) + alternate Saturday mornings (7am-11:30am) About the Role We are looking for a Recycling Operative to join our dynamic team at Mole Valley Recycling Facility. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a friendly and hardworking team, this could be the perfect job for you! Key Responsibilities ✔ Transfer and sort recyclable materials (paper, cardboard, cans, etc.) ✔ Operate machinery and mobile plant, including forklifts and excavators ✔ Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure smooth plant operation ✔ Load containers for onward recycling and disposal ✔ Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
