Our Head Office Controlling Department is looking for a proactive, analytical and detailed individual to join our Regional Controlling Team. You be responsible for the overall financial overview for multiple regions, technical management, process transparency as well as the provision of information and data to our regional stakeholders to enable informed decision making. Aiding the regions with the understanding of reports and providing in depth analysis for the regional senior teams. Actively taking part in the creation of ad-hoc reports / analysis and ad-hoc presentations with further support from the Data Science, Business Intelligence and Business Partnering departments within Controlling Promoting communication and experience exchanges (best practice) as well as benchmarking across the regions. Creating synergies for regional reporting and analysis. Providing a Key User function for regional systems (e.g. SAP (cost analysis) / Microstrategy (operational KPI analysis)). Compliance with Controlling Standards. The Regional Controller acts as the Interface, Service provider, Coordinator and Business Partner for the regions. The role requires the ability to travel 50 % of your time to the regional offices What you'll need Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in one of the following or related areas, Business Studies, Controlling or Economics German language skills are ideal but not essential Previous experience working with departments outside of Finance and managing stakeholders Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results Self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work on projects and solve problems independently Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of seniority Confident using Microsoft Office packages Valid Drivers’ Licence What you'll receive 35 days holiday (pro rata) 10% in-store discount Sabbatical Enhanced family leave Pension scheme Plus, more of the perks you deserve Disclaimer: due to the high volume of applications we receive, we reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date.
