Experience
Some experience caring for babies and children aged five and under, ideally in an early years setting.

About you
You are naturally nurturing and passionate about inspiring children. You have knowledge of child development and ideally EYFS, enabling you to implement engaging activities planned by the Key Person. You are an advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and happy. You enjoy working collaboratively, communicating effectively, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications
Holding a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above is advantageous but not essential. Applicants must be aged 17 or over due to Ofsted regulations. You must reside within a commutable distance and hold the right to work in the UK. Safer recruitment checks apply, including an Enhanced DBS check.
