We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and committed Reservations Team Leader, with: Experience leading a team within the Hospitality Industry and/or a call centre environment Experience working with Opera PMS and/or Five9 Contact Centre solution is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided Upbeat, positive, and inspiring attitude. Ability to remain calm, patient, and polite if receiving customer feedback.
