WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Our ideal candidate already has 2 years leadership experience or is ready for their next step. A food background isn't essential, but experience in leading a high-volume business, fast paced and organised is a must. Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines and a proven track record of delivering business performance Proven ability to maintain effective work and leadership behavior in the face of setbacks or pressure WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Food Team Leader, you will work with your team to create a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the Co-worker.
