We are seeking a proactive and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of program and wider retrofit and decarbonisation initiatives. This is a key role supporting our mission to ensure all homes reach EPC grade C and above, contributing to our wider sustainability and carbon reduction goals. Key Responsibilities: 🔵 Lead the end to end delivery of the Warm Homes programme, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. 🔵 Coordinate internal teams and work streams to support effective delivery and strategic alignment. 🔵 Manage resident engagement, ensuring clear communication and high levels of customer satisfaction through collaboration with the Resident Advisor. 🔵 Oversee the performance of consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. 🔵 Maintain accurate project data and documentation, and manage timely reporting to funding bodies, ensuring grant conditions are met. 🔵 Support procurement processes and contribute to performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. 🔵 Promote sustainability and energy efficiency goals, working collaboratively across departments to deliver impactful, resident focused outcomes.

Essential Requirements: 🟢 Proven experience in managing large scale capital or retrofit projects. 🟢 In depth knowledge of sustainability, housing retrofit, and decarbonisation practices. 🟢 Strong project management skills, including financial oversight. 🟢 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. 🟢 Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Desirable: 🟢 Experience in social housing and asset management. 🟢 Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM). 🟢 Degree or equivalent in construction, housing, or a related field.
