About the Role
The National Autistic Society is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Pay & Reward team as a Reward Analyst. This standalone role will work closely with the wider HR directorate team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide key support in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay structures, employee benefits, administration, and overall reward processes.

Experience
Experience in HR and knowledge of reward processes is essential.
About you
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
