About the Role
This is a new opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the Pay & Reward team as a Reward Analyst. This standalone role will work closely with the wider HR directorate team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide key support in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay structures, employee benefits, administration, and overall reward processes.

Experience
Experience in HR and knowledge of reward processes is essential.
About you
You should be an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently are crucial.
Qualifications
A relevant HR qualification is desirable but not essential.
