The Role This is an exciting opportunity to act as the first point of contact supporting Brent residents that are homeless or have accommodation issues into treatment to address their substance misuse. The post holder will work as part of the Brent New Beginnings outreach team and will be an integral component of our early engagement provision targeting the homeless population working closely with our local stakeholders to engage, stabilise and where necessary re-engage service users who are misusing substances but not currently actively engaging with our treatment service.
