The perfect candidate will maintain excellent customer service, whilst processing sales and inputting orders into our system. Salary: £24,000.00 per annum We are looking for applicants who have the following skills: Strong customer service experience, ideally within a telesales environment Great telephone manners and email writing skills Ability to engage with customers on the phone in a friendly and professional way Strong computer skills and experience working with Dynamics AX. Knowledge of langauages such as Thai/Korean/Japanese/Mandarin would be an advantage.
