What you'll be doing:
Develop and execute sales strategies for our newly launched Agricultural Services, engage with a wide range of customers, lead and manage a team of Account Managers, implement sales tracking processes, work with operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, contribute to proposals and bids for large tenders, and manage annual budgets and revenue.
Experience
Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven expertise in business management.
About you
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Strategic planning and leadership capabilities with a track record of driving sales performance. Ideally, experience in or knowledge of the farming sector or food and beverage industry.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience is advantageous.
