Overview Sales Team Leader: £14.30 rising to £14.70 per hour. Starting salary equivalent of £26,026 rising to £26,754 per year, plus overtime. Our store in Staples Corner are looking for a minimum 35 hour a week Sales Team Leader. As a Sales Team Leader at Dunelm, you’ll set and always aim towards store-targets and key performance indicators whilst being dedicated to our foundation colleagues, our Sales Assistants. Our Team Leaders are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs. You will also contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, their training and support them throughout each day.
