SDR Manager

🥖 The Role You’ll be building a team from the ground up with support from the sales leadership team, including the Head of New Business and CRO.
We’re building a MEDDIC-led sales organisation that’s laser-focussed on digging deep into the fundamental challenges facing our prospects. This requires targeted outreach towards senior Champions across multiple teams, and maintaining a high bar in our sales process. We believe that building an experienced SDR team will be vital in dominating the UK market.
Your role encompasses:
- 📈 Team Building: Recruiting, training, and leading your team.
- 🎯 Sales Leadership: Working alongside senior leadership team to support the sales team through top of funnel activity.
- 🛠 Leading by example: Practicing the player-coach role that leads with their own outreach activities, setting the standard in perseverance, determination, and excellence.
- 🧮 Data-Driven Leadership: Leveraging data to identify opportunities and manage team performance.
- ⭐ Ownership: Demonstrating proactive problem-solving and taking responsibility for both successes and challenges.
👉 About you
- A track record of success in sales: you’ve had experience in the SDR role (and can point to your success while doing it). You not worried about getting stuck in and getting on the phones yourself to lead the team.
- You have a passion for management and mentorship: working with people and helping them to hit their goals.
- A natural people-person: A great listener, emotionally intelligent, and great at getting to know all different personalities
- Quick thinker: You pick things up fast, and you’re able to remain calm under pressure
- Resilient: You’re able to bounce back after a set-back and proactively learn from your mistakes
