Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Elmbridge (Weybridge Depot) Salary: £12.50 per hour (rising to £13.85 per hour from April) Contract: Fixed Term, Full-Time (40 hours per week) About the Role Are you motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in maintaining beautiful green spaces? We are looking for Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Elmbridge, working on a variety of sites across the borough.

Key Responsibilities: ✔ Mowing and maintaining grassed areas using appropriate equipment ✔ Strimming grass and weeds in hard-to-reach areas ✔ Clearing debris from pathways and hard surfaces with a leaf blower ✔ Hedge trimming and shaping ✔ Weeding, pruning, and maintaining shrub beds ✔ Litter collection and disposal to maintain clean outdoor spaces Who We’re Looking For: Reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic individuals A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in grounds maintenance and using handheld machinery (desirable, but full training will be provided) A full, clean driving licence and experience driving light commercial vehicles (preferred)
