About the role Join Securitas as a Security Officer in Brimsdown! We are currently seeking dedicated Security Officer to join our team in and around the Brimsdown area. As a Security Officer, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple sites, ensuring you are well-prepared to handle a variety of security tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting searches of individuals, vehicles, and belongings according to site protocols. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off day and nights 42 hours per week No experience required as training will be provided £13.88 per hour SIA license required Driving License or have good travel links / Free parking onsite Join Securitas, and be a part of a global team dedicated to safety and security! Job Description Your responsibilities will include: Friendly face, approachable and keeping people safe Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors. Meet and greet staff, visitors and contractors. Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site. Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV. Conduct external and internal security patrols. Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed. Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices. Undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.
