About the role Join our team as a Security Officer and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property within your assigned area. As a vigilant observer, you will report activities and incidents at the client site, utilising tools such as wands and metal detectors. Job Description Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site Organising ID cards Escorting visitors around the site Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed according to established procedures Maintain all logbooks and records and issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions Essential Skills SIA Licence Good transport links 5 year checkable history and RTW in the UK Must have good conflict management skills
