About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Building Operations Manager to oversee the operations of Battersea Arts Centre (BAC). This key role involves managing the care and maintenance of our historic Grade II* listed RIBA award-winning building, ensuring operational processes run smoothly and driving sustainability initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with our team of Operational Managers to guarantee the seamless day-to-day running of the venue, maintaining its high standards and supporting its continued success.

Experience
- Proven experience in building operations management, preferably within a cultural or heritage venue.
- Strong understanding of managing historic or listed buildings.
- Experience driving sustainability initiatives within an operational context.

Qualifications
