We’re on the hunt for a senior, integrated creative team with experience working on retail accounts to join us in our central London office on Tottenham Court Road. You will work with krow and its sister agency, Livity across an exciting roster of clients and in every channel imaginable. Still interested? Read on. ROLE We’re looking for a talented senior creative team (2 creatives already working together) with retail experience to play an integral role in the agency - a team with a ferocious appetite for making their ideas happen. People who roll their sleeves up and get their heads down to find the best way to answer briefs, and who craft compelling presentations that make their work impossible not to buy. This creative team will relish being given responsibility and helping junior members of the team develop their craft. So, what are we looking for in a Senior Creative Team? - A portfolio that shows you have retail experience and the ability to create standout multi-channel work. - Experience working on social, digital, POS and TV campaigns. - A beady eye for detail and a commitment to crafting every execution, from social films and OOH, to in store posters and customer emails. Nothing will be too small for you to care about. - Strong copywriting and art direction skills – You will take great pride in your craft and will be up for championing it within the agency. - Experience working in a fast-moving integrated creative agency. - Collaborative nature – You’ll be required to work closely and productively with creatives from other krow offices and with the team at our sister agency, Livity. - Leadership qualities – You will have the ability to drive you own work forward and to helping junior team members develop theirs.
