About us We are looking for a Senior Heritage Capital Project Manager to lead on the delivery of the capital works for the Crystal Palace Park Regeneration Plan. All helping to “Make Bromley Even Better”. This is an exciting opportunity to work on National Lottery Heritage Funded capital projects in the Grade II* listed Crystal Palace Park. You will be part of the wider Culture and Regeneration team which delivers exciting cultural programming and capital project delivery, as well as the Regeneration Strategy for London’s largest Borough, Bromley. As Senior Heritage Capital Project Manager, you will lead on the restoration of the internationally significant Crystal Palace Park, including the much-loved Grade I Listed Dinosaurs and some of the most renowned heritage assets the borough. You will work closely with the Crystal Palace Park Trust, a community led charity which took over the park in 2023, as well as key stakeholders including Historic England, Greater London Authority, and community groups. With funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, you will oversee the Delivery Phase of an ambitious capital programme alongside a wide-ranging activity programme delivered by the Trust. You will be responsible for budget management, grant reporting, and coordinating communications with the local community and Council Members. The Crystal Palace Park Regeneration Plan is a multi-year project to transform one of South London’s largest green spaces.
