About Us Jewish Blind & Disabled is an independent charity, established in 1969, with solid foundations and an excellent unique offering to Jewish people living with physical disabilities and/ or impaired vision. We provide housing and support to 360 tenants across 7 developments and take our expertise to people living in their own homes through our Independent Living Advisory Service. We have ambitious plans for the future with our eighth development in the pipeline and plans to expand our support services for people with disabilities living in their own homes. The Senior House Managers will each directly line manage approximately half of JBD’s team of resident and non-resident House Managers. Reporting to the Director of Housing Management & Community Services (DHMCS), they will take responsibility for developing the team and maintaining the high standards of customer care and building management that JBD deliver across our developments.
