Battersea Arts Centre is looking for a creative, collaborative and ideas-driven individual, confident in managing people and multiple priorities, with extensive experience in producing complex projects with a range of partners. You will work closely with commissioned artists, and use your established producing skillset to develop their ideas and creative practice, while also providing pastoral and professional support. The Senior Producer will play a key role in developing and delivering BAC’s Creative Development project. You will be integral to building and managing BAC’s commissioning and co-producing networks. You will cultivate strong relationships with UK and international partners, and develop and manage new and existing partnerships for commissions and productions.
