About Us: McGinley Support Services are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile civil engineering projects while playing a key role in managing contracts and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide commercial management and support for infrastructure projects. Assist with contract negotiation and offer contract support. Prepare and deliver accurate reporting on project performance. Manage NEC contracts (Options C and E). Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a senior level within infrastructure environments. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, specifically Options C and E. Experience dealing with National Highways (preferred but not essential). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. What We Offer: This is a temporary position while we seek and onboard a permanent candidate, but there is potential for long-term engagement. You'll have the flexibility to work from one of our key locations: Watford, Chelmsford, or Southwark.
