You'll Helping design and implement our development Dynamics strategy, while also evaluating other relevant strategies and policies. Motivate, empower, and support our talented Dynamics developers, applying the latest standards and practices. Take charge of coaching and guiding the team. Maintain technical responsibility for all stages and iterations of software Dynamics development projects. Establish coherent frameworks and patterns to support and maintain software and services. Ensure test plans follow recognised good practice and oversee appropriate testing, including access. Define and track measurable goals throughout the lifecycle using goal-setting frameworks, such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). What Does It Take to Be a Successful SeniorSoftware Developer? Deep Dynamics 365 expertise with strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, and other Microsoft stack languages. Excellent configuration and customisation abilities using standard connectors, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations. Proficient in monitoring and testing software applications with knowledge in functional, synthetic, integration, load testing, and chaos engineering. Familiarity with Azure Services, including App Service, API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus, Azure Spring Cloud, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor. Proven track record in successfully implementing critical business services using Dynamics, including relationship and case management systems. Extensive experience solving problems and enhancing Dynamics and Power Platform services. It would be desirable if you had one or more certification, qualification, or training course in service management, such as ITIL v4 Foundation or higher. One or more relevant Microsoft Dynamics certification or qualification, such as Functional Consultant Expert.
