We're looking for a Senior Supporter Marketing Project Manager to join our team and help to shape and oversee our fundraising and supporter engagement activity. Fancy it? A day in the life of a Senior Supporter Marketing Project Manager will involve: Overseeing a programme of supporter communications/products, providing support to campaign managers to help them deliver effective and engaging fundraising campaigns. Ensuring fundraising projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Managing external agencies and suppliers through negotiations for successful project outcomes. Monitor and analyse campaign results, using external insights and research to make recommendations that maximise our income and develop our supporter engagement strategy. Staying updated on fundraising policies and industry developments to suggest improvements. To be a successful Senior Supporter Marketing Project Manager, you'll need: Experience of creating and managing direct marketing or fundraising campaigns from start to finish using a range of channels (print, telephone, social media, email). The ability to manage budgets well, ensuring funds are used wisely and efficiently. To be able to hit deadlines and have excellent numeracy and analytical skills. To build collaborative relationships and be a skilled negotiator. The knack for thinking strategically and turning ideas into practical plans. To be curious, pro-active, and positive.
