As a Senior Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner, you will: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a mentor and role model. Support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients. Build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and, of course, patients. Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or HCPC, your training should include a minimum of ILS. Have experience of managing complex procedures across specialties. Have an impressive level of knowledge and will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the theatre setting. Be willing to work flexibly across different shift patterns covering a six-day service and participation in the departmental on-call rota is required. Cardiac/Thoracic experience will be desired, but not essential.
