At a glance: Role: Senior Warehouse Partner Position: Permanent Pay: £14.18 per hour Location: Coulsdon, Surrey (Customer Fulfilment Centre) Hours: Various hours of full time work (37.5 hours per week) including alternate weekends between the hours of 14:00 - 22:00. Duties and Responsibilities: As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. In addition to the main Warehouse Partner Job Description, Senior Warehouse Partners will also be responsible for performing the roles and responsibilities as detailed below. Job Requirements: Able to motivate Partners to deliver day to day standards. Able to identify issues and provide solutions. Is confident with managing under pressure and in challenging circumstances. Creates solutions, makes recommendations and gets buy-in to deliver those. Sees things through the eyes of the customer. Is observant with an attention to detail. Uses initiative. Builds rapport with Partners, customers and visitors. Required essential experience skills and qualifications: Experience in working in a Warehouse environment.
