£40,931.36 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

About the Role

In this role, you will organise resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect, prioritising the well-being of our people and service to our customers and communities. You will ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles, monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, and problem-solve for operational challenges. Your goal will be to deliver a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPIs while developing excellent relationships with client officers and residents.

Experience
IT Skills, experience in a similar environment, and experience in waste management operations are essential. You should have a basic understanding of Health & Safety at work, with experience of health and safety protocols, and a strong understanding of waste handling, disposal, and recycling processes.

About you
You possess good communication and leadership skills at all levels, excellent project management and organisational skills, and strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities. A valid Full UK driver's licence is required.

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include an HGV Driving Licence and IOSH training.
