What you'll do Specialise in half-hourly settlement processes Provide outrageously good customer service by answering phone lines and emails Spend some time each week to work on projects or upskill in other areas You're a great fit if You thrive in a fast paced environment You love working with data You have a good understanding of energy data flows (especially HH) and working exceptions You excel at building rapport with internal teams and external third parties such as the MOP and DC You own it! - whether its a case, a process, or a mistake You keep things simple Why we think you’ll love being in BizOps Be part of a close knit team and site spread nationwide Get involved in our OEB Family Dinners and socials Have the chance to prove yourself with project work See your ideas and suggestions come to life in our collaborative feedback and feedforward culture OEB and BizOps are start up vibes, with small but growing team and you’ll have the chance to grow with us Have exposure to senior leaders and other domains (data, marketing/comms, product, commercial, pricing etc) Why else you'll love it here Wondering what the salary for this role is?
