Job Overview As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on time. You’ll oversee daily site operations, support team members, manage materials, and liaise with clients and contractors. A key part of your role will involve identifying safety hazards, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities 🟢 Support Site Managers in overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. 🟢 Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. 🟢 Coordinate with installers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work and smooth workflow. 🟢 Monitor material usage to reduce waste and ensure supplies are sufficient for each phase of the project. 🟢 Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance. 🟢 Ensure the safe collection and return of surplus materials and rubbish to the warehouse. 🟢 Protect client property by supervising safe working practices on-site. 🟢 Report project delays, challenges, or site issues to management promptly. 🟢 Support compliance and H&S teams by identifying and resolving safety concerns. 🟢 Ensure key documentation (e.g., DOCCs, customer feedback) is completed and submitted in a timely manner. 🟢 Oversee and ensure maintenance and security of vehicles and company assets. 🟢 Maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information. 🟢 Monitor team performance, provide coaching and resolve on-site issues professionally.

What We’re Looking For 🔵 Full UK driving licence. 🔵 Strong communication skills — especially when dealing with customers and residents. 🔵 A collaborative, proactive team player with a can-do attitude. 🔵 Sound knowledge of construction and health & safety regulations. 🔵 Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations. 🔵 Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. 🔵 Knowledge of solar, insulation, or air source heat pumps is a bonus, but not essential.
