About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Process Controller to join us permanently. In this role, you will be part of the Effluent Stream team, overseeing the Sewage Treatment Process. You will play a key part in the site’s day-to-day operations, contributing to keeping the River Thames clean and supporting green power generation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, conducting visual inspections, monitoring and reporting analysis data, operating plant and equipment, interacting with stakeholders, conducting site inductions, and assisting the management team with operational needs.

Experience
Previous experience in the sewage treatment process or other process-oriented roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of process industry plants, such as pumps and dewatering plants, is also advantageous.

About you
You should have a good understanding of regulatory consents, perimetry, and safe isolation. Previous SCADA experience and/or a background in a mechanical, electrical, or chemical discipline is desirable. Competence in using IT systems, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, is required. You should be skilled in data interpretation and report generation, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A full UK driving license is required for this position.
