Description
The place to work in pathology
We are looking for top talent to join the UK’s leading and fastest growing pathology company – a scientific organisation with a clinical purpose.
Working in partnership with our service partners, Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals, King’s College Hospital and Princess Royal University Hospital we aim to set the standard for the future of pathology.
Job overview
Do you prefer candidate management over business development?
Do you want the breathing space to build up your team of locums? Would you welcome support with your administration so you can develop availability and focus on delivery?
You will know delivery, on a temp desk, is all about your worker’s availability – the who, what, when, why!
You may already source through various jobs boards, but what would the impact of having access to THE advertising portal in the healthcare sector do for your performance?
Working with an assistant, you will be covering the Staff Bank, an internal pool of temporary workers placed in to Medical Laboratory Assistant and Biomedical Scientist assignments. These are typically Monday to Friday, long term bookings – so no frantic calls demanding that someone needs to turn up for a 12 hour shift in the morning with no notice, at 1700 on a Friday. Having administrative support will allow you to develop and build those relationships with your temp desk and recruit new people according to the Laboratory needs.
You will also be able to explore your creative side by supporting in Career Events, conferences, writing adverts and other recruitment marketing material. You know it can be a bit hectic, that’s why you will be supported with issuing contracts, logging the onboarding process and getting the candidates through the all important compliance process.
