About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Cheapside store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximizing sales. OB Store Managers will analyze a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team, work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas, provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner, communicate any development/training issues to the Area Manager and People Advisor, ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team, and maintain adherence to OB operational standards.

Experience
Experience in team management.
