About the Role
Woodberry Down is one of the largest estate regeneration programmes in Europe, delivering around 6,000 new homes alongside parks, shops, public facilities, and the stunning Woodberry Wetlands. The Council is working in partnership with local residents, community organisations, Berkeley Homes, and Notting Hill Genesis to deliver this ambitious programme.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Finance Manager to join the Housing and Regeneration Finance Team and play a crucial role in the Woodberry Down Regeneration Scheme. This role will support sound financial management, assist land assembly initiatives, and ensure full cost recovery of council expenses. You will work closely with the Woodberry Down Regeneration Team, particularly the Head of Regeneration.

Experience
- Proven local authority development finance experience.
- Knowledge of complex, large scale Development Agreements and phased regeneration projects.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting within regeneration or development schemes.

Qualifications
- CCAB qualification is essential.
