As the Strategy Associate you'll contribute to our mission of building a healthier nation by supporting the Head of Strategy in the development, evolution, and execution of the Nuffield Health business strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support, shape and grow the strategic, market and wider development of Nuffield Health as a trading charity The Strategy Associate will support the review of strategic initiatives, leading on research, analysis and presentation, and supporting M&A activity with the Head of Corporate Development where needed. As our Strategy Associate you will: Support the strategic review of market opportunities in the UK health and wellbeing market. Lead on quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to inform the development of strategic initiatives. Collate, analyse and present macro and market trends relevant to the Charity's strategy. Facilitate problem solving on key topics for the Charity, drawing upon market research and the insights from subject matter experts. Lead on competitor analysis, market sizing and assessment of potential markets. Support the Head of Corporate Development in preparing for and executing M&A activity where necessary. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Charity to ensure effective engagement, support for and understanding of the key business outcomes. To succeed as our Strategy Associate you will have: Up to two years' experience in a management consultancy, investment bank, or finance and accounting organisation Experience in development strategic business reviews and evaluating market opportunities. Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, with proficient use of Excel or other data analysis software. Strong written and verbal communication skills including PowerPoint proficiency. The ability to see the big picture but also to address shorter term tactical issues. Possess commercial awareness, with an understanding of business operations and key drivers of operational success. Helping you feel good.
