About the Role
The Student Zone Advisor plays a vital frontline role in delivering high-quality, inclusive support to students throughout their university journey. As part of a dynamic, student-focused team, this role helps enhance student continuation, completion and overall satisfaction by providing accurate, timely and accessible information, advice and guidance (IAG) across a wide range of topics. Acting as a professional, knowledgeable and approachable first point of contact, the Student Zone Advisor supports students with their day-to-day enquiries and needs. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for all students, reflecting the diversity of the London Met community. Working closely with academic Schools, central services and external partners, you will help connect students to the right support at the right time. Through proactive engagement, data-informed practice and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Student Zone Advisor contributes to a supportive and empowering environment where all students can thrive. This is a campus-based role reporting to the Student Zone Team Leader.
