HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design practice of more than 200 creative talents working across Architecture, Landscape, Interior Design, Sustainability, Planning, and Communication Design. We are best known for the work we do to create beautiful homes and great places to live, as well as for the way we care and support our people. HTA has just been crowned AJ100 Employer of the Year for the third consecutive year. The Studio Coordinator will report into our London Studio Manager and work in collaboration with other members of HTA’s practice team to deliver a first class service to our staff and visitors. They are responsible for a wide range of activities including studio operations, hospitality, and facilities management, all designed to support and enhance the wellbeing of HTA’s working environment, as well as the staff, clients, and guests. This role is integral to ensuring our London studio runs like clockwork to ensure all parties have the most positive experience possible. There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to be offered a Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3). To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have: - Proven experience of working in a similar Studio/Office Assistant/Coordinator role. Excellent customer service skills. - High level of attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills. - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience of interacting with colleagues at all levels. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal sensitively with a variety of audiences, issues and apply appropriate judgements. - Flexibility and willingness to get involved in areas that might be outside your core responsibilities. - Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe suite software is desirable but not essential.
