About this role… We are looking for a Support Worker to join the Single Point of Access team. The Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance supports people in Lambeth who are experiencing mental illness or distress. Thames Reach works in an alliance with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council and Certitude to deliver mental health services as part of the innovative transformation of mental health services in the borough. Thames Reach welcomes applications from people with transferable skills. You will: - Triage clients over the phone and record data on computer databases - Be motivated, confident at liaising with professionals and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Have excellent time management skills - Be outcome-focused and accurately record work to enable us to demonstrate our outcomes - Navigate multiple systems, including using client databases and Microsoft Excel.
