37.5 contracted hours per week (Monday to Sunday, including weekends, days, evenings, holidays and sleep-ins)
Salary
£27,080.21 per annum (£13.85 per hour)

Advance is seeking Support Workers in Hackney, E9 to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. Day to day activities include:
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
- Medication administration (if required)
- Support with preparing and cooking meals
- Support with attending medical appointments
- Support with social activities
- Support with developing independent skills
- Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
- Keeping up to date with your training

Experience
No previous experience in care or support is required. What matters most are your values, passion, and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with autism or learning disabilities.
About you
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to complete quality support records
- Willing and able to work every other weekend
- Available to work between 7am and 10:30pm
- Ability to follow Support Plans and Risk Assessments and maintain customer records
- Literate and numerate in English
- Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, but a willingness to undertake sector-specific training and professional development is essential.
