About the Role
We're seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You'll provide personalised in-home care, helping clients live independently with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include providing personalised care and support as outlined in individual care plans, assisting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication administration, and light household tasks. It is essential to respect customer privacy, dignity, and independence at all times while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Experience
Previous care experience preferred but not compulsory.

About you
You should be fluent in English (reading and writing), professional, empathetic, and respectful. We are looking for reliable, committed individuals who are passionate about care work and can work well in a team with good interpersonal skills. Access to your own car is desirable but not compulsory.
