You will be expected to support people with a variety of needs, enabling them to live the lives they want. Duties will include: Building great relationships with people we support and the people important to their lives Promoting choice and participation when supporting people with daily tasks Co-creating opportunities for people to try new things and offering information to support people to make their own choices Offering personalised support by working with people’s strength to build their confidence and overcome obstacles with the aim of achieving their goals Encouraging people to participate in activities that bring them joy and meaning About you We recognise that everyone, regardless of their personal history, has talents, abilities and unique personal qualities.
