About the Role
Origin Housing is committed to providing services that enhance the lives of our residents and foster strong communities. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Awaab’s Law and leading investigations into damp and mould. Your responsibilities will include producing clear reports, engaging with residents and contractors, and overseeing remedial works to ensure they are effectively scoped and delivered. You will be dedicated to delivering a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service, ensuring that homes meet legal and regulatory standards.

Experience
Proven experience in customer care and satisfaction, with a strong ability to build relationships.

About you
You are motivated, committed, and have a strong focus on resident engagement. You are comfortable working collaboratively with teams and have experience managing contractors within social housing.

Qualifications
Ideally, you hold a relevant technical qualification (e.g., HNC, RICS, CIOB) and possess excellent knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislation.
