Y our Role
As our Systems Analyst, you’ll hold responsibility for our core and custom systems and services. You’ll manage, review, iterate and support the business’ core tech stack, resulting in system configurations and selections most effective to drive our business operations.
You’ll also take ownership of guiding updates to our key business processes to ensure scalability and security are top of mind when our team interact with our systems landscape.
Your Day to Day
Reporting to our Digital Lead, your role is essential in owning a number of key areas:
Systems management - licensed
You’ll own the configuration & account management of the following key systems & their integrations:
MRM - Nexudus | CRM - HubSpot | Network management | Access control
You’ll also own the systems associated with Printing, Video-conferencing & IOT, as well as being the key point of contact for business-wide systems improvement projects such as the upgrade of our Finance / Reporting systems.
Systems management - Custom
You’ll ensure the performance of the customisation of the following tools, and take ownership of member and internal team support tickets in relation to:
· The Work.Life App & Member Portal
· Associated integrations
· Lead management tools
· Any data extraction requirements
System Evaluation and Optimisation: You’ll continually assess the efficacy of our systems & processes through regular reviews of core systems & wider business productivity tools
Issue Resolution: You’ll Identify, collate and prioritise, before resolving issues within existing systems. You’re responsible for maintaining a clear backlog of tasks and issues, helping to shape a clear understanding of any live technical debt.
Stakeholder Communication: You’ll be an effective communicator with Work.Life teams (Membership, Finance, Marketing, People, Leadership and Operations), keeping them updated on issues, tasks & project progress, while seeking feedback on accuracy and efficacy.
Conducting End User Requirement Analysis: You’ll engage with both the Work.Life team as well as members to understand and map their needs, providing gap analyses to inform digital roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
System Design, Testing, and Implementation: You’ll lead on developing comprehensive plans for the design, testing, & implementation of new & updated systems & applications
Documentation and Training Delivery: You’re responsible for providing and maintaining up to date documentation repositories for team, members & developers, as well as owning the delivery of training sessions to familiarise users with our systems & data-linked processes.
Data Advocacy: You’ll champion & support the Data & Insights Manager in the quality, consistency and security of business data and intelligence across all platforms.
Smart Outcomes
In the first 12 months, you’ll have…
- Generated, indexed & maintained a full documentation library for team, members and developers. The resources should integrate with established knowledge base repositories, such as Guru & SharePoint Hubs and be searchable.
- Led on embedding an end-to-end support process for all core systems, including first line support and supplier escalation.
- Collated and implemented where missing - SLA-style agreements with all suppliers for the core systems and custom tools.
- Facilitated the migration, embedding and adoption of a new finance system, advocating for its holistic application in the wider tech stack.
- Published an updated training& onboarding framework.
- Implemented, updated & maintained a company-wide password management tool & policy.
