T-Level Industry Placement Coordinator
Location
Dartford or Tonbridge campus, with travel to other College sites as required.
Hours
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).

£35,483 per annum
About the Role
Join North Kent College’s dynamic Apprenticeships & Work Placements team in a key role supporting the success of our T-Level students. As the T-Level Industry Placement Coordinator, you will coordinate industry placements and help shape the future careers of our learners. You will build and maintain strong relationships with employers, students, and internal stakeholders including curriculum teams, careers advisors, and support services to ensure a smooth and rewarding placement experience for all.
You will take the lead on managing the entire T-Level industry placement process, from initial employer engagement to placement completion, while actively promoting North Kent College across a range of sectors. Knowledge or experience in the Early Years or Construction sectors would be a significant advantage, as many of our T-Level learners specialise in these areas.

Experience
Experience in coordinating placements or working with employers and students is desirable. Knowledge or experience in the Early Years or Construction sectors is a significant advantage.
